It’s time for Time Apart Women’s Conference! Join women from across Ohio as we gather with one heart and one purpose…to encounter God's presence here, "As in Heaven." Come expecting to hear His voice, be refreshed by His Spirit, and experience a glimpse of heaven as we worship together. Reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and be encouraged alongside women who are pursuing Jesus wholeheartedly.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll be inspired by dynamic speakers, experience powerful worship, discover ways to impact lives through missions, and be equipped to live out God's calling every day. As we seek His Kingdom together, our prayer is that what is true in heaven would become evident in our hearts, our homes, our churches, and our communities.

Time Apart Women’s Conference 2026 will be held over two weekends: September 18–19 and September 25–26 at Heartland Conference Retreat Center. Choose the weekend that works best for your church or your personal schedule and join us as we set aside time to seek the Lord, be renewed in His presence, and leave transformed.

On-campus lodging is limited, so if you would like to stay on-site, we encourage you to register early.

Stacie Cathcart

Stacie Cathcart is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and a dynamic speaker and preacher. She serves as the North Texas Women’s Ministries Director and Network of Women Ministers Director, equipping women to walk confidently in God’s call.
With experience as an executive pastor, women’s director, and outreach pastor, along with 11 years leading Convoy of Hope Wichita, Stacie brings seasoned leadership and authenticity to every message. Her preaching is grounded in biblical truth and led by the Holy Spirit.
After a life-changing encounter with God in 2004, she now speaks on identity, freedom, and purpose in Christ, while mentoring women in ministry. Stacie also speaks internationally. She and her husband, Mike, have been married 32 years and have three children and three grandchildren.
