What is the sisterhood?
The sisterhood is a group of women committed to seeing Missions fulfilled across the state and around the world! The money raised goes toward Ohio Missionaries newly on the field, an international missions partner, and a domestic missions partner. You can read more about current partners above. Your one time gift of at least $120 or monthly gift of $10 adds you to the Sisterhood!
Why?
It’s simple. We believe that missions isn’t just local or global, it’s both. Scripture tells us, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth” Acts 1:8. As Ohio Women’s Ministries we want a sisterhood of believers who prays and gives financially toward this goal!

2027 Trip Opportunities
World Serve: Ethiopia
Location: Ethiopia
Date - Feb 23-March 5, 2027
Cost - $1965 +flight
Join Ohio Women in Ethiopia as we link arms with WorldServe International to serve women and children and share the love of Jesus. We’ll partner with the Assemblies of God church in Ethiopia, joining in church ministry and encouraging the women faithfully serving their communities. We’ll visit the future site of a women’s center that, once built, will provide a safe haven and job skills training so women facing difficult circumstances can rebuild their lives with hope and confidence. Together, we’ll celebrate the gift of clean water with a nearby community and visit schools where children now have access to safe water. Throughout our time, we’ll have opportunities to listen, learn, pray, and stand alongside women whose strength and stories will encourage our own faith. I invite you to come with a heart ready to serve and be part of women supporting women, strengthening families, and helping children thrive.

Join us in April as we answer the call for missions from the perspective of LIFE. SaveOne helps men, women, and families recover after abortion and sexual trauma. We will be joining with the Ohio Ministry Network to help, supply, and work in pregnancy centers, meeting with pastors, spending time praying for LIFE in America, plus much more!
